UM7206 X10 "Universal" Module
- Continuous or momentary contact closure
- Up to 5A 24VDC input
- Switchable beep sounder
- Responds to ALL OFF command
These are some of the items that may be controlled:
Closed contact curtain openers, garage door openers, electric door locks, watering systems,
security systems, electronic projects, etc
If you need to provide X10 control for devices that need contact closure switching, this is
the module for you. In the momentary mode, the contacts close for about 2 seconds. In the
continuous mode, the contacts close when the module receives an ON signal and open when it
receives an OFF or ALL OFF signal. The Universal Module also has a built-in beeper that can
be used in conjunction with the switching or independently. The module emits 4 beeps when
set to Sounder or Sounder and Relay and it receives an ON signal. It is a louder,
different-sounding alternative to the Chime Module.

Ideal device for intended purpose (garage door control). A bit power hungry (11W) compared with standard X10 plug-in module (<3W) but worth it for the additional control flexibility it provides.
