TM13U-AH ALL HOUSE CODE X10 RF Radio Receiver and X10 Appliance Module

Yes, at last an X10 RF gateway that allows reception and re-transmission of
all 256 X10 addresses (House Code A-P, and Addresses 1-16). Merely set the
TM13's House Code to position 'P' and it will forward any House Code it
receives! (When the TM13 is set as House Code between A-O it will only
respond to that House Code, setting to House Code P allows All House Code
control).
If you plan to use an RF transmitter like an SS13, an MS13, or a KR19 then
you also need the TM13 which receives the radio waves (RF) and then transmits
X10 down the mains line to an awaiting X10 receiver module, like an
AM12,
LM12,
LW10
or
AW10
When set to House Code P, the built-in Appliance Module will always repond
when Address 1 is sent (A1, B1, etc will all command the built-in Appliance
Module). When set to a House Code other than P, it will respond
only when it receives it's own House Code on Address 1 (if the TM13 is set
to House Code A, then only A1 will make the TM13's Appliance Module respond).
*If you have an intelligent controller like a HomeVision or a CM12 + Homeseer
software then you can poll the TM13 to see whether the built-in Appliance
Module is on or off.
Important note: The TM13 is rated at 5amps MAXIMUM. Please ensure that the
plug that is plugged into the module is fitted with a 5amp or lower fuse!!
If you are using a plug-in lamp this is especially important, since when
bulbs blow that draw considerably more than their stated wattage. If a 13amp
fuse is fitted to the plug, and you have a fault, then the module will be
blown, and won't be covered by warranty
Note unless you specifically require the All House Version we highly
recommend purchasing the standard
TM13U instead
Note the TM13U-AH is not labelled as an AH version. You
will know you have the AH version as the box has a barcode of 717399 100793
on it. The TM13U-AH also has a "Original X10" logo on the front of the module.
The non-AH version is barcoded 99081 43100, and does not have the logo

Q. Can the TM13U be used to power Low Energy Bulbs?
A. Yes, but please see note above about the fuse you should fit into the
plug, that is plugged INTO the TM13

Bought two in the hopes of turning my broadband modem on/off from my shed in the garden. However this unit can't send a signal through a RCD in the fuse box so I still have to walk to within range but it saves getting down on one's hands and knees
