  • E-mails are generally answered within 48 hours, occasionally we may take longer to answer as we may need more time to investigate your enquiry. If your e-mail is short and to the point then it is very likely to be answered very quickly. However if your e-mail asks loads of questions or requests that we design a whole system for you, then it is more likely to be left until last.

    Collections. All orders must be pre-placed (We aren't a shop and don't have sales assistants to take orders in person). Orders should be placed on-line before 2pm. You should ensure that the products you are ordering are in stock (the site shows the correct stock figures). On Check Out you select that you will collect the goods.

    We will let you know when your order is ready. We are open for collections Tuesday - Friday 9am to 5pm. We are closed at the weekend and during Bank Holidays.

    Collections are paid by cash (notes), credit card (the person colecting must be the card holder, and must have the card with them), or cheque (with bankers card, up to agreed card limit). A VAT receipt/invoice is given to you at time of collection.

    For tourists, please note we do not offer a VAT refund service.
